2 pound beef roast 1 cup water 1 package Au Jus gravy mix 1 package Good Seasonings Italian dressing mix
Remove the fat from the roast. Put the roast in a crock pot with 1 cup water and cook until well done, or about 8 hours. Shred meat with a fork. Add the gravy mix and the Good Seasons Italian dressing mix. Mix well and cook for 10-15 minutes.
