1 lb. mild sausage
6 slices Fat Free Swiss Cheese
2 cups of cooked grits (1/2cup dry grits..2 1/2cups water..1/4 tsp. salt )
1 cup of skim milk
2 eggs
1/2tsp. of ground mustard
1 tsp.of Natures Seasoning (blend salt, pepper onion,celery , parsley )
1 c. of self-rising flour
1 c. of skim milk
1 stick of margarine(melted)
1 tsp. Carl's all purpose seasoning( salt, red pepper, garlic, other spices .)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage. Crumble and place in 9x13 pan. Place swiss cheese on top. Combine grits, milk, eggs and seasoning. Pour over sausage and cheese. Mix together flour, milk and margarine and pour over sausage mixture. Bake at 350 in preheated oven until brown--about 40 minutes.

Natures Own and Carl can be found at WalMart . If not, you can use your blend of seasoning.
Can be mixed up the night before and baked when you're ready to eat. Great for a crowd.
