3 chicken breast, cut in half (6 pieces)
butter
salt & pepper to taste
1 c. chopped celery
1 can golden mushroom soup
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. cooking sherry
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken breasts in butter. Place in foil lined pan, enough to cover top also. Season with salt and pepper. Add t the browning pan the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour over breasts, sprinkle with paprika. Cover and bake in slow oven (275) for 3 hours. For more gravy, add 1 more can of soup and more broth. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
