1 lb. walleye 1/4 c. mayonnaise Bread crumbs Paprika 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Lemon wedges
Thinly coat fish fillets with mayonnaise; dredge in bread crumbs. Arrange in a jelly roll pan. Sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper. Bake at 450º for about 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork. Garnish with lemon wedges. Can also use cornflake crumbs.
