1 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
1 egg
3 medium bananas, mashed
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 c. nuts, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl, combine sugar, butter and eggs. Add remaining ingredients one at a time. Pour mixture into lightly greased loaf pan. Bake 50 minutes at 350.

This recipe came from our daycare lady, Roxanne Peterson. She made this often for the daycare kids and they all loved it!
