8 cups cubed cooked potatoes (8 medium)
3/4 cup diced fried bacon
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion

Dressing:
3 tablespoons flour
1 1/3 cups water
2/3 cup vinegar
2/3 cup sugar
3 tablespoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, fry bacon until crisp; remove and set aside. Cook onion and celery until tender. In a large casserole dish, put in cooked cubed potatoes, bacon, celery and onion. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, water, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper, mix well. Pour over potato mixture. Bake 30 minutes at 350. Serve warm.
