5 Tbsp. soft butter
1 cup flour
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice

Directions:
Directions:
Blend butter, brown sugar and flour with a fork into a coarse crumb. Set 1 cup of mixture aside for topping. Press remaining mixture into 8x8x2 inch baking pan. Bake 15 min. In another bowl combine sugar and cream cheese, mix until smooth. Beat in egg, lemon juice, milk and vanilla. Spread over baked crust and sprinkle with remaining brown sugar. Bake at 350 for 25 min. Let cool. Chill for atleast 1 hour. Cut into 16 squares.
