1 Large Hershey Bar
1 cube butter, 1/2 cup
1 cup sugar (heaping)
1 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, finely
1 cube margarine, 1/2 cup

Directions:
Directions:
Add butter, margarine and sugar together in large fry pan. Cook on fairly high heat stirring continuously with wooden spoon. Stir until sugar dissolves. Stir all one way. Let bubble approx 5 to 6 min. until caramel color. Pour mixture over walnuts that are spread on a cookie sheet. Break up Hershey bar and spread over the top. After it cools, break into pieces.
