4 Cup fresh cranberries
1 Cup sugar
1 envelope of unflavored gelatin
1/2 Cup orange juice
1 Cup chopped apple
1 Cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Stem, wash and drain the cranberries.
Chop coarsely in food processor and add sugar. Let stand for 15 min....stirring occasionally.
In a small sauce pan pour orange juice in and sprinkle the gelatin in.......cook over low heat until the gelatin is dissolved. You could use a flavored gelatin if you like.
Combine the juice, apples, nuts and cranberries.....mix and pour into gelatin mold. Refrigerate until firm.
