1/2 c soy sauce
2 cloves garlic minced
1/4 c water
2 T ginger
2 T sugar
1/4 c onion chopped
8 cubed steaks (beef or venison)
Buttered toasted french bread

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first six ingredients for marinade and pour over cubed steaks and let sit for 1 to 2 hours. Drain & pat dry. Fry or broil in hot pan with butter for 1 to 2 minutes. Serve on buttered toasted french bread. Pour pan drippings with some of the marinade mixed in over each open faced sandwich.
