Dressing:

1 1/2 c. oil
1 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. orange juice
Mix and let sit overnight. Shake well before using.
Salad:

Broccoli
Cauliflower
Cooked Chicken (seasoned and cubed)
Mandarin oranges
Grated Cheddar Cheese
Red Onion
Candied Walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
You can make the salad as big or as little as you like.
Candied Walnuts: Put chopped walnuts in sauce pan, melt butter to cover walnuts (no excess), add generous amount of brown sugar. Cook on low heat until sugar melts. Cool, put on top of salad. Toss when ready to eat.
