1 cup half and half
2 eggs
1 lb ziti noodles
2 lbs ricotta
small jar spaghetti sauce
2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
garlic powder
dried parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook ziti according to box directions and drain.
In bowl beat half and half and eggs until thickened. Add ricotta to egg mixture and beat until creamy. add parsley and garlic to mixture. Add in 1/2 jar of spaghetti sauce and mix well. It should be pinkish, add more if needed. Mix in mozzarella and noodles.Pour into baking dish. If you like you can top with remaining sauce and more mozzarella, I usually don't add remaining sauce.
