3/4 C Celery (Chopped)
3/4 C. Onion (Chopped)
1 1/2 Lb. Velvetta Cheese
1/4 C Oleo
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can Chicken Soup
2 C Rice (Cooked)
1 16oz Pkg. Frozen Broccoli (Heated)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt Oleo in Frying Pan and Saute Celery and Onion. Mix the Cream of Mushroom Soup, Chicken Soup and Cheese in a sauce pan and melt cheese. Add Celery and Onion Mixture, Rice, and Broccoli. Grease Pyrex and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. (Or you can simmer on stove in same pan you prepared it in for 30 minutes.) Be careful it will burn.
