1 envelope lipton herb with garlic soup mix 8 oz. sour cream 8 oz. ricotta cheese 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup pepperoni (optional) 1 loaf crusty italian bread sliced or cubed
Preheat oven to 350º In 1 quart casserole combine the soup mix, sour cream, ricotta cheese, 3/4 cup of the mozzarella and pepperoni if desired. Sprinkkkle remaining mozzarella cheese and bake for 30 mins. until heated through. Serve with bread.
