1 lb. shredded cabbage
3 T. sweet onion, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1/4 c. vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the vinegar and sugar together until sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat and add the salt, celery seed and oil to the mixture. Add the mixture to the cabbage, onion and pepper and toss.

Best to chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
