2 c. potatoes, diced
1 onion, diced
2 c. celery, diced
2 cans clams
1 qt. half and half
1 lb. bacon, cooked til crispy and broken up
1/2 cube butter
2-3 Tbl. flour
1 Tbl. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine potatoes, onion, and celery in pot and cover with water. Cook til potatoes are done; then add clam juice. In another saucepan melt butter and stir in flour. Make a white sauce by adding half and half and stirring until thickened. Pour white sauce into cooked veggies; heat through until soup thickens. Then add salt and pepper to taste, clams, and vinegar right before serving.
