Ingredients:
1 8-oz pkg cream cheese
2 c. powder sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

1-2 Tbsp. cocoa**

If too thick, add 1 Tbsp. butter.

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese and powder sugar until mixture reaches a spreadable consistency. Add vanilla and in some cases cocoa for chocolate cake and cookies. **Add cocoa before it is at final desired consistency, it will dry it out quickly, then add some butter.
I use powdered food coloring when needing colored frosting. If you use liquid food coloring, adjust the powder sugar to keep a spreadable cocnsistancy.
