1 1/2 lbs cherry tomatoes
8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese (get the small size cheese balls sold in water container)
3 tsp olive oil
3 - 4 tbsp balsamic viniger
12 oz penne pasta
1/4 C chopped fresh basil
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tomatoes and cheese balls in half, place in large bowl. Add viniger, olive oil and salt & pepper seasoning to taste and let sit for 20 - 30 minutes at room temperature. Add cooked pasta, mix and serve.

You can use Newmans Balsamic Vinigerette dressing in place of viniger and olive oil.
