3 yellow corn tortillas
4 eggs
1 - 2 Tbsp. of veg oil as needed
salt and pepper
green salsa
1/2 c. shredded Mexican cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, salt and pepper to taste, set aside. Cut tortillas into small squares, heat skillet pan and add oil. Once oil is hot add tortillas and stir squares until lighly golden and slightly crisp. Add mixed eggs and cheese and scramble. Add green salsa to taste
