12 jumbo shrimp
1/4c olive oil
1/4c butter
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1/4c minced parsley
1T lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Shell and devein shrimp. Split down the insides, being careful not to cut through the shrimp. Butterfly. Heat the olive oil in a heavy skillet. Add shrimp and saute 3 minutes over medium heat. Add the butter in small pieces, garlic, parsley, and lemon juice. Sprinkle with salt and cook, stirring often for 4 minutes.
