2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
4 c. pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar, salt, cinnamon and water in a heavy saucepan until soft ball forms in cool water. Add pecans and vanilla; stir until well coated. Spread out on waxed paper. Cool. Break apart.
