1 c. butter 1/3 c. sugar 2 large eggs, yolks only 2 c. flour 1/2 c. raspberry jam 2 T. powdered sugar 1/4 c. chopped nuts
Cream softened butter and sugar. Beat in egg yolks. Stir in flour 1/2 cup at a time to form a soft dough. Press 1/2 of the dough on the bottom of a 9" square pan. Spread the jam and place the remaining dough on top. Sprinkle on the nuts and powered sugar.
