3c soy sauce
1 tsp ground ginger
1c (packed) brown sugar
2c Sauternes
3 gloves garlic, crushed
4 dozen chicken wing drumettes (the meaty half)
1 cup sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the soy sauce, ginger, brown sugar, wine, and garlic in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add the chicken drumettes and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes. Remove the drumettes with a slotted spoon to a rack. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Place the wings on baking sheets and cover with foil, refrigerate until 30 minutes before serving time.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Bake the drumettes for 15 minutes or until hot and crispy.
