About 15 vanilla wafers
16 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 can pie filling such as cherry or strawberry

Directions:
Directions:
Line muffin cups with cupcake papers. Place a wafer in each one. Blend cheese, eggs, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth. Spoon over wafers until cups are about 1/2 full. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Cool. Top each with a spoonful of pie filling. Cover and refrigerate.
