3 boneless, skinless, chicken breast
2 c. sliced mushrooms
4 T. butter
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1 c. chicken broth
1/3 c. Marsala wine

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the chicken in half through the center to make 2 flat, thin pieces of chicken. Pound the chicken thinner to 1/4" thickness between waxed paper.

In a large skillet, cook mushrooms and onions in 2 T. butter until tender. Remove from the skillet and add the rest of the butter. Cook the chicken 2 minutes on each side until all the chicken has been cooked on both sides. (If needed, more butter can be added.)

Remove the chicken and add 1 c. chicken broth and wine to the drippings . Simmer uncovered to half the volume. Return the chicken and mushrooms and heat through. Serve with the mushrooms on top.
