Scald:
1 1/2 c milk
Combine and add:
1 1/2 Tbl cornstarch
11 Tbl cocoa
1/4 teas salt
6-8 Tbl sugar ( I like it less sweet)
When well blended pour over 2 slightly beaten egg yolks. ( temper the yolks first, by adding a small amount of hot sauce to the yolks stirring fast so you don't cook the yolks, then add the rest of the sauce to them.) Cook and stir till thickened. Add 2 teas vanilla.

Directions:
Put saran wrap over the pudding in single dishes and cool in refrigerator. Serve with whipped cream that has vanilla, & sugar. Sprinkle a dash of cinnamon on top. This can also be put into a baked pie crust.
