4 slices thick bacon cut up
1 lb. green beans washed stemmed and cut up
2 meduim onions sliced
3 medium tomatoes peeled and chopped
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
dash peppper

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon drain reserve 3 T. drippings. Set bacon aside. In medium saucepan combine onions, beans, tomatoes, water, salt and pepper. Bring to boiling Cover reduce heat and simmer 20-25 min or till beans are tender Stir in bacon drippings Season to taste. Turn into serving bowl Top with bacon pieces.
