1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1/2 cup Canola oil
2 8 oz. cans Hunt's Tomato Sauce
1 tspn. salt
1/4 tspn. chili powder
1/8 tspn. garic powder
1/8 tspn. pepper
dash of sugar
1 lb. uncooked shrimp, shelled and deveined
Hot cooked rice

Saute vegetables in hot oil in large skillet until tender. Add sauce and seasonings; simmer for 15 mins. Mix in shrimp, heat 15 to 20 mins. Serve over rice.
