1/2 can cherry pie filling
2 lbs. ricotta
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tspn. vanilla
1 box yellow cake mix (prepared)

Frosting: 1 package vanilla instant pudding mix with 1 cup skim milk. Beat. Add one container (8 oz.) whipped topping and fold in 1/2 can cherrie pie filling.

Directions:

Mix ricotta, vanilla, and cherry pie filling. Spoon mix onto raw cake batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 mins. Cool 10 mins. Turn upside down and cool for 1 hour.

Once cool, spread on icing.
