1 c. flour
1 cube butter or margarine
1 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 8 oz. non-dairy whipped topping
1 c. powdered sugar
1 pkg. (6 oz) chocolate intstant pudding

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, butter and nuts. Put in a 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 for 15-20 min.

Mix together cream cheese, whipped topping, and powdered sugar. Spread over cooked crust.

Make pudding according to package directions. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.

This can also be made in 2 - 9" pie pans and served in pie wedges instead of squares. Top with whipped cream or whipped topping.
