1 orange with peel
2 cups zucchini
1/2 cup raisins
1 3/4 cups sugar
1 cup oil
3 eggs
1 tspn. each salt, soda, and cinnamon
1/4 tspn. baking powder
1/4 cups ground nuts
3 cups flour
3 tspns. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Grind together the orange, zucchini and raisins. Beat eggs, add oil and sugar then add first three ingredients. Sift flour with remaining dry ingredients and beat into first mixture. Add vanilla and fold in nuts.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes to an hour. Test as ovens vary.
