1 1/2 punds of sirloin steak cut into Kabobs.
1 lb. mushrooms (whole)
1 bunch of carrots
1 can unsweetened pineapple chunks
Cherry tomatoes
Small potatoes
Green peppers

Sauce marinade: 1/2 cup salad oil, 1/4 cup vinegar, 1/4 cup chopped onion, 1 tspn. salt, 2 tspns. Worstershire sauce.

Directions:
Directions:
Marinade meat in sauce one to two hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Cut up vegies in chunks and cook each separately for 15 minutes. Alternate and skewer meat plus vegies. Baste Kabobs on skewers while cooking. Serve with rice casserole and salad.

I used to make this often when we first moved back to Nashville. It was a great dish for company, and good for those summer meals. It Italy, Kabobs are called "Spedini."
