6 cups flour
1 package of yeast
1 pinch of salt
1 cup warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Dilute yeast in water. Make a well with flour and add salt. Place a little oil on the table and knead well. Cover and let rise. If you're in a hurry, use 2 packages of yeast.

Once it is ready, stretch out on a pizza pan and put whatever toppings you like. OR, you can make pizza fritta, or fried pizza dough, by dropping small pieces you stretch by hand into deep fryer. When golden, place on paper towel to absorb the grease. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or add canned peaces, or tomato sauce.
