1 onion chopped
2 tbsp apple juice
1 lb sausage
5 c pumpkin chunks (frozen)
6 tbsp water
pepper to taste
2 c shedded cabbage
2 granny smith apples, peeled cored and chopped
generous handul raisins
large bunch fresh sage or 1 tbsp dried

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and onion, drain fat. Add liquid and pumpkin. Cook almost through. Add apples, cabbage, raisins and spices. Simmer 15 minutes.
