3 slightly beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. melted butter
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
5 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt

Mix in order given. Put in refrigerator. Deep fry 375 - 400.
