1 loaf frozen bread dough
2 eggs, beaten until frothy
2 c. grated mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. Romano cheese
1 stick of pepperoni
butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw one loaf of frozen bread dough; let rise slightly. Roll bread out as for cinnamon rolls in a rectangle. Beat the eggs till frothy; spread over bread. Add the mozzarella cheese and Romano cheese. Cut pepperoni into thin slices and then cut each slice into 4ths. Put on top of cheese. Roll very tightly. Seal edges and ends well. Place on cookie sheet; let set for one hour. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Remove from oven; spread with butter. Can freeze and reheat when needed.
