1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. shortening or oil
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. milk
2 tsp. pumpkin spices OR
1/2 tsp. ginger and
1/4 tsp. nutmeg and
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. pumpkin mix
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/4 c. chopped nuts

3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. nuts
1/4 c. soft butter
2 tbsp. milk

Mix all bar ingredients together and put in a 9x13 pan. Bake 25 - 30 minutes at 350. Spread topping on bars and broil for 2 - 5 minutes till bubbly.
