4 - 5 medium apples (peeled)
2 tbsp. cinnamon sugar
Mix:
2 eggs beaten until thick
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 dash salt

Directions:
Directions:
Slice apples into a pie dish that has been lightly greased. Mix 2 tbsp. of sugar and cinnamon thoroughly and sprinkle over the apples.

Beat eggs until thick and slowly add the sugar and flour, baking powder and dash of salt. Mix until thick and creamy. Pour over apples (mixture will not cover apples until baked). Bake at 350 until light brown on top.
