Cream well:
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cups sugar
2 squares melted, cooled, unsweetened chocolate
Add 2 eggs, on at a time
Beat each one 5 minutes at high speed.
Fold in 2 cups Cool Whip.
Pour into a cooled, baked 9 inch pie crust
Chill until firm.
Freezes well.

NOTE: you may want to use pasturized eggs in place of raw
