2 C flour
2 C sugar
1 C margarine
1/4 C cocoa
1 C water
1/4 - 1/2 C buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt

Frosting:
1/2 C margarine
1/4 C cocoa
6 Tbl. milk
2 1/4 - 4 1/2 C powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together flour and sugar in large bowl. Bring margarine, cocoa and water to a boil. Remove from heat and pour into flour/sugar mixture, stirring until smooth. Add buttermilk, baking soda, vanilla, eggs and salt; mix. Pour into a greased cookie sheet with sides and bake for 15-20 minutes at 400.

Icing/Frosting: Bring margarine, cocoa, and milk to a boil. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar and vanilla, adjusting sugar for desired consistency (thin to soak in or thick and fluffy for on top.)
