1 lb. hamburger (lean) 1 C. chopped onions 1 C. sour cream 1- 5oz. pkg. noodles 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce 3 C. tomato juice OR 1- 15oz. can tomato sauce w/ 1 can water (as substitiute for tomato juice)
Brown beef and onions, drain. Add remaining ingredients except sour cream. Bring to boil, cover and simmer on low for 30 min. or until noodles are tender. Then add sour cream heat through. Serve.
