2 cups warm water
2 T. yeast
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/4 cup oil or butter
1 cup warm mashed potatoes
6-7 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Soften yeast in warm water. Add remaining ingredients and mix until you have a nice soft dough--not sticky. Shape into crescent or other rolls. Let raise until double in size and bake at 350 for 13-15 minutes. Makes about 3 dozen rolls.
