Calf Fries
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup beer
cooking oil
2 cups flour
2 cups corn meal
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Peel calf fries. They peel better if they are slightly frozen. Cut into bite-sized pieces. Rinse with cold water. Dip into mixture of buttermilk and beer, then roll in misture of flour, corn meal, salt & pepper. Fry in deep, hot oil.
