15 oz. ricotta cheese
1 egg
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
12 oz. mozzarella cheese, sliced
16 oz. lasagna noodles cooked for 7 minutes and rinsed in cold water (or the ready to use kind)

Italian Meat Sauce (recipe found in sauces)

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together ricotta cheese, egg and 3/4 cup Parmesan
cheese. In a 13x9x2 roasting pan, spread 1 1/2 cups sauce.
Layer sauce with 1/3 of the noodles, 1/2 the ricotta mixture and 1/3
mozzarella slices. Repeat this process once starting with
the sauce again. Top with the last of the noodles, sauce mozzarella and Parmesan

Bake at 350 for 50 minutes
