Group 1 ~

1 lb. ground round beef
1 cup chopped onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup chopped parsley


Group 2 ~

2 28oz cans tomatoes blended on high for 30 seconds
6 oz tomato paste
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:

Cook Group 1 ingredients over medium heat in a Dutch oven or stock pot for 10 minutes until meat is browned.

Add Group 2 ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for at least 45 minutes. Makes 7 1/2 cups of sauce.
