Salad Ingredients:

1 Head of Cabbage
6 Green Onions
2 Packages of Ramen Soup (Chicken or Beef)
2 Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breast
Cup Sunflower Seeds
Cup Slivered Almonds
2 Tablespoons Sesame Seeds
Cup Butter or Margarine


1 Cup Salad Oil
2 Tablespoons Soy Sause
1 Cup Sugar
Cup Vinegar
2 Seasoning Packets from Ramen Soup

To serve, mix the greens and fried noodles/ nuts in dressing.

Mix Well and Toss with Salad.

Bake the Chicken Breasts until done. Cool and dice Chicken. Chop Cabbage and green onions. Add diced Chicken and refrigerate. Fry the broken noodles, nuts, and sesame seeds in the butter/ margarine until tan. Store at room temperature in an air tight container.
