4-8 cubed steaks
Garlic Powder
Milk, Heavy Cream or evaporated milk
Bread crumbs (your flavor)
Salt & pepper
Oil (preferably olive)

Prepare bowl with mixture of eggs and milk whipped together. Mix together 2/3 flour and 1/3 bread crumbs, paprika, salt and pepper, and garlic in a bowl.
Heat oil in skillet on medium heat.
Drench meat in milk and egg mixture and then into flour mixture. Add to heated oil and cook moderatley, not fast! They will be done when they are golden brown.
Turn oven on to 300 put steaks on cookie sheet or cake pan while cooking the rest.

Serve with mashed potatoes, country gravy and vegetable of your choice!
