1 lb ground moose or hamburger of your choice
1/2 chopped onion yellow or white
4 cloves of garlic chopped
4 potatoes cleaned, cubed, w/ skin on
2 cans of Italian tomatoes
3 beef boilion cubes desolved in 20 ouces of water
1 can of kidney beans ( undrained)
1 can of garbanzo beans ( undrained)
1 can of green beans drained
1 cup of small shell macorni ( HALF COOKED )

In a 5 quart dutch oven or larger add hamburger, onion, & garlic, salt & pepper to taste.... At this time boil potatoes until 3/4 done, & the macorni.... Once the burger is done add canned tomatoes( make sure that ALL the juice goes in ) , boilion juice, potatoes, macoroni, kidney beans, garbanzo beans, & green beans... Simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes... Ready to serve w/ toasted garlic bread & topped w/ shreaded parmesan & romano cheese.....
