1 medium onion
2 c. celery, cut up
1 or 2 cans bean sprouts, drained
small can water chestnuts, drained
small can mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 chicken, cooked and cut up

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onion and celery in oil. Simmer until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Add more soup if desired. Bake 1 hour at 350 or microwave 5 minutes on high and then 20 minutes on med.- low. Serve with rice and chow mein noodles.
