1/4 c. Italian Salad Dressing
2 to 3 lbs. boneless breast of chicken (8 or 9 breasts)
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 T. water
1/2 c. grated parmesan
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
2 T. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate chicken in salad dressing, coating well. Cover and chill for a couple hours. Drain chicken and reserve salad dressing. Combine egg and water, mix well and set aside. Combine cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, paprika, salt and pepper. Stir well. Dip chicken in egg and coat with crumb mixture. Place in greased 13x9x2 baking dish. spoon reserved salad dressing over top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
